Fourteen-time Grammy Award winner and Country Music Hall of Fame inductee, Emmylou Harris, has officially announced her final European tour. Beginning in early 2026, this landmark series of performances will serve as a definitive celebration of a career that has defined the folk, country, and Americana genres for over four decades.

The tour kicks off in the UK and Ireland this January, followed by a series of highly anticipated dates in the UK and the Netherlands in May. More countries are expected to be added to the schedule soon.

A Night of Songs and Stories

Described as an intimate series of special performances, the “Farewell Tour” offers fans a rare opportunity to experience Harris’s legendary voice in a personal setting. The evenings will be filled with the stories behind her most iconic songs and a retrospective look at her remarkable musical journey.

“This is my way of saying thank you for all the years of music, memories, and support you’ve shown me,” Harris shares.

Joining her for various dates on this historic tour will be special guest Jim Lauderdale.

With a career spanning 40 years, Emmylou Harris is one of the most admired and influential women in contemporary music. Her accolades include:

Away from the stage, Harris is a dedicated social activist and a passionate advocate for animal welfare. In 2004, she founded Bonaparte’s Retreat, a dog rescue organization in Nashville that continues to provide “forever homes” for shelter dogs in need.
